Introduced on 22 May 2023 and printed by Goznak (Russia) in a limited run of 10,000 pieces, this note was sold as a commemorative investment banknote rather than released into general circulation. The obverse depicts the national coat of arms, a sailing ship, and a hawk, while the reverse shows a traditional Abkhazian ornament alongside soldiers bearing a rifle and a sword — directly referencing the 1992-1993 war that established de facto independence from Georgia. The multicoloured orange, yellow, and green note measures 150 x 65 mm.
