The Fiji 100 dollar note features the Nanai (Fiji cicada), an insect famous for its synchronized mass emergence every eight years, symbolizing renewal in Fijian culture. Issued January 2, 2026, this yellow polymer note measures 156 × 67 mm and was printed by Crane Currency. The front displays the Nanai alongside the Fijian coat of arms, leaves, and a traditional kava bowl.

The reverse depicts a Fijian man in traditional dress offering ceremonial kava in a coconut shell (bilo), representing the country's cultural traditions. The banknote incorporates MOTION SURFACE® micro-optic security technology, transparent windows with G SWITCH™ color-shifting effects, and accessibility features including tactile dots and lines for visually impaired users.
