The Philippine 100 Piso paper banknote from the New Generation Currency (NGC) series, with 2023-2025 date variants, features President Manuel A. Roxas on its violet obverse. The front also includes imagery of the Central Bank of the Philippines headquarters in Manila and the inauguration of the Third Republic on July 4, 1946, commemorating Roxas's presidency and role in Philippine independence. The reverse side features the Mayon Volcano in Legazpi City, Albay, a distinctive and iconic active stratovolcano, along with the whale shark (Rhincodon typus), the world's largest fish species. The reverse design also incorporates Bicol Region textile patterns.

This paper banknote version features enhanced security including a color-changing security thread added in 2020 and includes embossed tactile features for the visually impaired. The note measures 160 mm x 66 mm and incorporates a watermark of Manuel A. Roxas with electrotype 100, representing the continuation of the NGC series with modernized security features.
