The reverse side showcases Taal Lake (also known as Bombón Lake) in Batangas province and the giant trevally fish (Caranx ignobilis), also known locally as maliputo. The 2023 version bears the signatures of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and BSP Governor Felipe Medalla.
