Tunisia 5 Dinars

The 5 Dinars banknote from Tunisia's Banque Centrale de Tunisie was issued in July 2025 with new signatures (Abdessalem/Nouri) and official date 25.07.2025. The front features agronomist Slaheddine el-Amami, a significant figure in Tunisian agricultural science and development, with green-to-blue SPARK Live color-shifting denomination marking.

The reverse displays the Roman aqueducts of Zaghouan, an engineering marvel dating to antiquity that supplied water to the ancient city of Carthage. These monumental structures are depicted with French inscriptions highlighting Tunisia's ancient Roman heritage.

The note measures 143 x 73 mm on polymer paper. Security features include a 4.0-mm wide Rapid HD windowed security thread with demetalized denomination, and a watermark of Slaheddine el-Amami. The SPARK Live element provides color change from green to blue with dynamic moving rings visible at different viewing angles.
